At Cultivator, we understand the critical shift from validation to creation; Our 7-week BUILD program covers strategies for prioritizing features and practical guidance for building and launching an initial product version.

BUILD helps by diving into the concept of building an MVP (Most Viable Product) or MVS (Most Viable Solution) efficiently, including prioritizing core features, and strategies for rapid prototyping, testing, and early revenue generation. 

Everything in BUILD is anchored in action: building, testing, iterating, and selling. We empower founders to:

• Begin revenue generation: Develop an initial go-to-market strategy to start earning.
• Pressure test product direction: Ensure your solution truly addresses the validated problem

What you’ll achieve in 7 weeks

By the end of the BUILD program, you’ll have a tangible solution in the market, learning from real users. You will:

• Have a functional MVP launched (or near-ready).
• Gather early feedback from real users/customers.
• Develop a first version of your go-to-market strategy.
• Generate initial revenue through an MVS or MVP (or achieve clear traction milestones like LOIs).
• Gain a stronger understanding of business feasibility.
• Develop a clear vision for long-term product direction and differentiation.

To achieve these outcomes, we recommend founders commit 10-15 hours per week to your startup’s development and active program participation.

Founders who successfully complete all program work and actively participate will earn the opportunity to present at The BUILD Showcase. This event celebrates your progress and allows you to display your products and MVPs to the wider Saskatchewan tech ecosystem.
